I've wasted hours online with various chat agents (some that Verizon claims are live agents), and still can't log into my long-standing account. When I try to log in, I'm asked security questions that I've never seen before--clearly not ones I would have chosen. When I try to get help, the chat agent tells me I need to log into my account first before I can get help. It's an endless, time-wasting loop. Also, my Verizon cell phone also has terrible reception where I live--in the middle of a large city, but that's another issue.

These clothes look nice in photos, but are actually terrible quality. I ordered several tops--some had badly mis-aligned buttons or mismatched fabrics. Others were too small, although all items were supposed to be the same size. Then it was a big hassle to return them--Rotita required photos of my items before they would give me the return address. The return postage was more than $20--a huge waste of my money and time for items that were completely unwearable.
