I've made several purchases over the last year. As a rule, the really good bids where I got a steal were cancelled or just never received. I have a couple of open items from over 6 months ago. They are "in process" or "in transit". To their credit, Tophatter has been good about refunds and returns because the quality of the merchandise is typically very poor. I received a light strand that didn't work, 10' charging cables that were only 3' and an "authentic" roman coin that looked like part of a penny that had been in the street too long. (There was no discernible face on the coin, unlike the picture.)

First time trying this service. Since they did not provide a good preview of final product, I did not see a flaw I was trying to eliminate. I found it right after the order so I tried email multiple times to correct. "Unfortunately, I can't process a cancellation or modification of your order as it was automatically and immediately forwarded to our production after the booking of the payment in our system:" It still took 2.5 weeks to deliver, since it was printed in Germany, Not Australia as implied. So, unsatisfied with end product, unsatisfied with process and with correspondence.
