I bought a spa cover from j3 cover company in Ontario. They clam the covers are made in canada, but that is questionable as they refuse to disclose the factory location. Some of the stitching was ripped out of the box. I want to take it back and have it fixed, but they say I can only ship it back at my own expense. I got quotes for shipping and its around $100! I own a big truck and would drive it back myself, but not allowed. They clame the covers are made in Canada, but they get very argumentative when I ask about the factory location, J3 cover company is a scam!
