This site's "customer service" is quite the Circus act. What a whack job. My Mac's hard drive recently crashed and I had lost everything, Including all my paid for photos from their site, shutter stock, istockphoto, 123rf, dreams time, fotolia, getty images, and even photo dune (envato). I contacted all of them very politely, in a dignified manner, and ALL of them EXCEPT depositphotos let me redownload my lost images at NO additional charge. I had a project I was working on and my deadline was soon to come, plus I had a lot of other things to pay for, including the new hard drive (a couple hundred bucks). Instead, deposit photos offered me a 20% discount on my next purchase. Next purchase? There may not be a next purchase from me. I'm sorry. I found it pretty inconvenient that they could not let me redownload my purchases. I really enjoyed their site until this "brilliant" experience with them. I did not back the images up since I did not see such a thing happening as my hard drive seemed pretty healthy the whole time. But unfortunately, I'll be taking my business to iStock, or 123rf, dreams time and all. If this isn't resolved, I may also print out their logo and use it as toilet paper because this site so far to me is fraudulent fecal matter, my friends. Their Customer service are also robots. So bottom line: If you have a lot of money to blow on things you've already paid for, then you'll love Depositphotos' bright ideas. If not, then I advise you to look elsewhere to buy stock photos/vectors/footage, because literally every single item on their site is also on most of the other stock media sites. Don't pay these guys any money and avoid them like the plague. I'm pretty sure these apelike circus baboons would make more money as a reusable toilet paper organization.;-)
