I usually don't leave feedback, but I received my hoodie JDJoyride with very light stain. I contacted company by email and got responds back right away, asking to wash hoodie and see if it will go away. Stain was still there after washing, no question ask, they replace by new one!

Great communication with Nancy! Thank you very much to replacing my hoodie!
