ILoveKickboxing Henderson is AMAZING! I have been a member since January 2017 and have become so much stronger and have done things that I never thought I could. I love it! The owner and staff at this location are so awesome and supportive. The workouts can be challenging, but by the end of class you will feel so good. Once you see those results, it becomes very addicting! Before you know it, you will be going 6 days a week!
