Having come off a previous auto loan for a car a few years ago, I tried to get another auto loan from my original bank. I also got some quotes from a few other lenders. PNC Bank offered me the best deal out of all of them. I ultimately ended up taking the loan and have been quite pleased with their service in addition to their communication. Their tellers and staff are always very cordial and it is certainly a pleasure doing business with them. I am considering taking my complete banking over to them.

Their website is a confusing mess right now. Trying to navigate my way around it, I will be searching for home office products and next thing I know, I am in a completely different part of the website seeing products not even applicable to me. While they have some decent products, it can be an absolute nightmare trying to find things on their website. Interestingly enough, if you perform a search, you can actually find items that don't appear in their catalog...

TigerDirect was THE website where most of my colleagues and I would order our computer parts. That's to say that the business is quite different from what it once was. Since they have been acquired, it is a pain to find a deal worth actually considering, especially when other online suppliers are faster to ship and have a better deal. The support is also being offered in a lax way. I've gotten two completely unprofessional responses when inquiring about the details of two of their GPUs since their listings are sometimes incomplete.

I had been a customer of Bank of America for a while and had an auto loan through them. I most recently got an auto loan through another bank and found that the rate was actually quite a bit better. When I approached them about the rate, they were hesitant to discuss the difference in rates and just told me what they had to offer. I'm considering switching from them since they don't really do anything to keep me as a customer either for my own personal bank account or for my small business. It might just not be worth it to me.

I would also like to note that their online support is horrendous; if you have an issue it is much better to go in and talk to them in person even if the issue is with the website itself.
