MY REVIEW BEFORE RECEIVING MY ORDER:
I haven't received my order yet but I have had contact with customer service. I normally don't give over 4 stars but in this case I find it necessary. I don't have to wait 24 hours before my issues were addressed, I would say less that 15 minutes. All issues I had were resolved. Thank you so much!
MY REVIEW AFTER RECEIVING MY ORDER:
I'm giving them ONE STAR, if i was given an option it would have been ZERO STARS. I don't have an issue with customer service however I did have an issue with the photo wallet I ordered. Low grade quality, the photo was stuck on instead of imbedded in the wallet, very easy to peel off. I wasted money purchasing the wallet and my time waiting for delivery. This was my first order and will definitely be my last one.
