About Me

I am an avid online shopper. I will order anything that I need online if I can find them via the Internet because the advantage of ordering online outweigh spending time and gas to the stores and on top of that I get FREE MONEY from ordering through some cash rebate websites. My favorite cash rebate site is UPROMISE via Upromise credit card. You get 10% cash back on many stores and sometimes even 15% during their special promo.

Amazon is becoming one of my favorite sites to shop these days. The prices are considerately lower than many sites. Delivery time is reasonable and the return policies are pretty awesome too. So far I never had any issues even when I had to return some items.

Ebates was the very first cash rebate site I used, I never had any major problems. I don't use Ebates as much nowadays because their rebate % is not as competitive as Upromise where I can get a total of 10% cash back when I pay with my Upromise credit card. However I still use Ebates on certain stores that I can't find on other available rebate sites.

It has one of the best customer services and their prices are very competitive as well. My most recent purchase was a Netgear N600 Modem Router combo. It was on sale and I paid $101.80 with an extra 5% Target Red Card compared to Walmart of $125.57.

I bought a full size mattress via Walmart.com but I was getting backaches the whole time when I was sleeping on it so I knew this mattress isn't for me. I didn't think that Walmart would accept my return but I thought I would at least give it a try. So glad I did. Long story short, the customer service was extremely helpful and understanding and I ended up getting a full refund plus a FREE mattress. Now I have a spare mattress collecting dust in my basement. P.S. I did however buy a different mattress from Walmart.

I started using Upromise since 2011 after I applied for a Upromise credit card. For the marjority part of it Upromise offers the highest cash back rebate % (5% + 5% when paid with a Upromise cr card) unless other similar cash back sites have special promo. Every now and then Upromise would have special promo for Tuesday, where you get 10% cash back instead of the normal 5% on certain stores, that's a total of 15% cash back!

My experience with Upromise has been good so far. However, I always make sure that I am login to my Upromise account right before I place my order with any particular site because I noticed that after awhile if you idled for too long and didn't submit your order you will be logout from your Upromise account. I am not sure if this would affect how Upromise keeps track of your purchases, perhaps that's why some people didn't get their rebates. Anyway this is just my personal experience and opinion.

I love shopping with Macy's especially when it has special promos. My most recent purchase was a LancĂ´me gift with purchase. I was sent the wrong free gift item and I called up the customer service. I ended up getting a 15% discount on my purchase as well as a $25 Macy's gift card since they didn't have the correct free gift item I originally requested after I mailed back the wrong item.

P.S. I also used Upromise rebate site, thus on top of all the discount & gift card I received from Macy's, I also get 10% cash back on my purchase. How cool is that!

I purchased a set of supposedly 'white' curtains but upon arrival they looked more 'cream' than white. I called up the customer service and told them that I didn't receive the correct color that I ordered. I was already prepared to return the wrong item, instead I was told that because it would cost too much for the company to pay for the return shipping charges thus I get to keep the wrong item and Hayneedle will issue me a full refund as well. How awesome is that! I ended up with a free set of curtains albeit they are sitting in my basement now.

I have ordered numerous times via homedepot.com and I am always a satisfied customer. My most recent purchases are the Philips 60W & 40W Equivalent Daylight A19 LED Light Bulb (16), cost me over $150. I switched out all the lights in my new house with these Philps LED and I couldn't be any happier. I only buy the Daylight light bulb which is the whitest & brightest of all the different types of lights in the market. So glad that HomeDepot carries these lights and they also have the best price compared to other similar products.

Over the years I have ordered countless of times on katespade.com and even returned and exchanged many items, never had an issue with the customer service and never had to wait, the agent answered the phone almost immediately once you keyed in your correct selection. The only time I had an issue was about a pair of sunglasses, it could not be repaired because the model had discontinued.

I ordered a birthday Victorian teacup flower arrangement online on Saturday for delivery on Sunday to Royal Palm Beach, Florida. They delivered the flowers before noon with no extra charge. The feedback I received was nothing but high praises only. Everyone who saw the flower arrangement were all struck by how gorgeous it looks and the flower recipient who is 94 year old was ecstatic to say the least. Thank you SendFlowers for making it a special birthday for my birthday girl!

PapaJohns used to be my favorite choice of pizza. I loved their barbecue sauce pizza but I did not love their 'serving' portion of meat. When I used to live in Royal Palm Beach, FL I ordered from PapaJohns regularly. After sometime, I noticed that their portion size of chicken was depleting so I called up the branch and voiced my complaint. They did improve after my complain. Recently I moved to Colorado Springs, CO and I ordered my first PapaJohns pizza but it would be my last as well. I ordered my regular barbecue sauce, 2 x grilled chicken, pineapple, tomatoes & mushroom pizza for carry out because I don't trust delivery. Sure enough when I went to pickup my order, I was upset and appalled that there were hardly any chicken on the pizza. I complained to the employee working alone all by himself and he was kind enough to offer to remake a new one on the spot. I waited patiently for over 20 mins and the moment he brought out the new one he made, I told him that I didn't see much chicken either. His respond was he made sure he put enough and the reason I didn't see much chicken was because they were buried by the cheese. I wanted to give him the benefits of doubt so I thanked him and I left with the pizza.

I was equally upset when I got home. There were barely any chicken! I decided to post my complaint on PapaJohns' Facebook with a photo of the pizza. I also receive an email from the branch offering me a free pizza which I didn't respond to this day. I am done with PapaJohns!

Here is the email I received:

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. At Papa John's, we strive for best in class in everything we do.

We are sorry that we have not met your expectations at your local Papa John's store. I would like to personally apologize that you feel that there was not enough chicken on the pizza. We do use standards that includes using measuring cups. I would like to offer you a free Large pizza on us to see if we do any better but we do have our guidelines to go by. It is customers like you that have help make us the #1 store in the Springs. Thank You.
