I have received obviously used shoes sold at full price multiple times in the past few months and they've been damaged and missing all things in the box except the actual shoes so I know for a fact they're not new.
Tip for consumers:
They have some things that are great quality but shop in store instead because ordering online is frustrating

Items came poorly put together, seams in the wrong spot. Also, items had printing on them crooked when they arrived. It's near impossible to return them and they come from central/South America so expect them to be made cheaply
While I appreciate the refund, I still am feeling frustrated with Fanatics, and I do feel strongly about the poor quality. If there is an increase in quality and consistency of the items and care from customer service representatives, I will remove my negative review.
They delete your points, a 5 star review was posted without my knowledge and I definitely don't recommend spending hours trying to earn a few gift cards unless you don't need to work.
