I ordered a pair of jeans and selected two day shipping. Received a confirmation email. Seven days later, I still heard nothing about shipping. Emailed customer service. They told me it was still being processed, sometimes things take longer blah blah blah, whatever I said okay thanks bye. The following day, I received an email saying my order had been refunded. I email customer service back and say what is this? I didn't cancel it, I didn't ask for a refund, what's up? Customer service responds two days later saying "your item is out of stock, can't send you it!" I check the website... item in my size is definitely still in stock. I inform customer service of my finding. They say, "oh sometimes the website doesn't update when things are out of stock." UMMM. How can you possibly be selling items to customers that you don't even have available? But are saying you have available? Isn't that like fraud or misrepresentation or something... BS, I can't believe I wasted time with this company.
