Orderd online, received confirmation of shipment (through UPS), and credit card was charged with the purchase.

At estimated delivery date, I found out UPS never pickup (there is no package for UPS to pickup).

Following are what I went through:

1. Contact customer services - He told me he filed "return and reship request", and I should get notice of shipment in 2 days.

2. No notice received, so 3 days later I Contact customer services - I was told that they are working on the order, be patient.

3. After 7 days of no notice, I contact customer service- I was told the product is out of stock, and don't know when it will be stock.

4. Customer service rep told me, she can request a "return and refund". I should receive the refund around 7 days.

The issues with Costco.com are -

1. When the product is out of stock, they should inform customer.

2. Product never shipped - but I have to go through "Return and Reship" process; or "Return and Refund" process. Costo need times to verify the return. Each step took week with no results.

3. If I don't follow up myself, Costco customer service told me that my order will be just in limbo. I.e. No delivery and no refund.

Not responsible of doing business!

I placed order on safeway.com 2 days in advance. On delivery date, I waited for 4 hours without any delivery, but on the order status is closed. Since I got no notice from store for cancellation of order, so I contacted Customer Service online. The CSR was trying to help, but all they can do is sent E-mail to the store to find out the reasons (of course, there was no reply from store at all).
After no reply from store, the CSR wanted me to place another order so the CSR can manually put in request for me, but the order have to be placed 4 days before the delivery date. Which I did as instructed and confirmed with the CSR that everything is set to go.
On delivery date, before the 4 hours wait, I contacted CSR to confirm the order was in process for delivery. The CSR confirmed and mentioned that a driver has been assigned for the delivery. Just to make sure everything run as planned, I requested the store phone number to confirm.
The store Home Shopping manager told me they are not fulfilling the order, they never received the CSR request etc. Very rude and careless of what she is doing to the customer.
I contacted the CSR again, then being transfer to the Supervisor, and was told there must be some operation issues. The supervisor said she will forward the issue to the operation manger and someone will contact me back.
Of course, there is no one contact me back, there is no delivery, and even no notice of none delivery.
Not a dependable grocery services for family.

When place an order on the Aliexpress.com, they will charge to your credit card account immediately. You would expect they will give you credit/refund back the same efficient way. But not!

I placed an order with Aliexpress. Several days later, seller informed me that they did not have the stock (don't ask me why they put the product for sale), and that I need to initiate the cancellation for my order. I did as instructed. Seller accepted my cancellation and the refund process presumably started as shown on my order status.

However, nothing happen for half a month now. I contacted the seller, they said I will get my refund but they don't know when. I contacted Aliexpress customer service, they say I should receive my refund soon, if not, contact them again. However, they gave me no information regarding when I should receive the refund or transaction number for the refund process.

This order was cancelled from the very beginning and concurred by the seller, I am sure Aliexpress can handle the refund process as efficient as when they handle the charges for the order. The reasons behind why they won't do it, is really give all buyer a bad taste.

I have initiated a dispute process with my credit card company. My credit card company are more reliable then Aliexpress.

When I did not receive my purchased card after 2 weeks, I followed up with Raise.com and was told that based on last tracking information (which is 7 days ago), the package has arrived at the post office hub (about 20 miles to my post office) and I should receive it any day now.

3 weeks later I followed up with Raise again on my purchase, I was told that there has been no change since last tracking. At this point, both Raise rep and I knew that the package was lost.

I asked for a replacement card and was told that company can't do that. All they can is refund the purchase. However, even the package was lost, they can't refund until 30 days after purchase date. So I told the rep that I will dispute the charge with my credit card company first to avoid further delay.

30 days later, I contacted Raise to close this matter, and was told that the transaction has been under dispute, so there is nothing need to be done. However, Raise advised me that it would be better if I could cancelled the dispute and have Raise directly issue the refund, that way it won't impact my account status. I don't think it is necessary to do so, since I have disputed the charge and received my credit, I don't think we need to create more works for this matter.

However, 60 days later, I received a phone call from my credit card company's dispute center and was told that they received a reply from Raise.com. Raise indicated that they have a tracking number for the shipment, so there should be no dispute on the purchase. Raise did not mention that the package never delivered. My credit card company used the information that I received from Raise and disqualified their reply.

It's a bad taste for the the purchase. Raise, in one way asked me to cancel the dispute so they can issue the credit to my account, and turned around reply to the credit card company that my dispute is il-legit. I am glad I did the right thing by disputed the charge with my credit card company.

BTR charged my credit card immediately for my order. After 3 weeks of waiting, my order status on the BTR website showed the product "Shipped". 5 days later, the carrier still didn't have my package to pickup at BTR warehouse. Customer service wants me to give them more days to followup with no reply. After more calling to the customer service, finally, BTR is willing to give me a refund in another 5 to 10 business days. This is my first order with the company. From my contacts with the company, I felt that company might don't have the products listed for sales on the website, however, simply using customer's prepayment to fund their operation.
