Placed an order January 30. By Feb 11th I still hadn't received a shipping confirmation so I emailed them. Package went out the same day I emailed them, supposedly. My March 5th still hadn't received my package. Emailed them again and they told me to wait the full 25 days after my package had been shipped to then try to locate where it was. IT IS MARCH 10th. TOMORROW MARKS ONE MONTH SINCE IT WAS APPARENTLY SHIPPED. And they don't answer my emails, and left me on seen on Instagram. How professional. My tracking number also is not available anymore. I spent around $340. NOT OKAY. I filed a complaint against them with BBB.
