Thus "service" is so bad it's hard to believe it's reality. The Techs that installed the boxes and the half dozen it so that have been to my house in the last year all tell me the boxes are not good and should be replaced. That's no joke. They just don't work like you'd expect them to. I would try into all the problems but I don't have the time to write a book. Just stay away and use streaming. I'm working up my streaming stack and I'm going to cancel ASAP

I spent a half hour on hold and a half our with a rep trying to find out why some scripts do not appear on their website even though I received them with the wrong # of pills and others appear to be filled for 0 pills for 0 days! The rep was rude and clearly had no idea how anything worked telling me my Dr didn't send it in yet even though I received some and the others were on the website.

I eventually got frustrated and asked to speak to a supervisor. After waiting another 10 minutes on hold I was transferred to "prior auth" where I waited another 10 minutes before a recording told me my call couldn't be completed and to call back later!

I called back and waited another half hour to speak to a much nicer rep who could see all my scripts but couldn't answer my questions. She offered to go speak to her supervisor and let me know what's the deal. After another 10 minute wait her supervisor had no idea either.

This is really bad service and I don't even know if I could refill medications that have 8 refills per the label on the bottle I received because the rx is not in their system.

I will be using my local pharmacy. At least they know what's going on and resolve problems directly with the Dr instead of keeping me on the phone for 2 hours

My experience is pretty much the same as most of the other reviews. They called me soon after listing my bike on Craigslist and told me they needed a bike like mine in their "inventory" and they could sell it for much more than I was asking based on similar bikes they've sold.

It's been almost a year and I only got one "lead" which fell through because the guy looked up the retail price which was way less than they listed it for and closer to what I was originally asking.

The scam is "we list it til it sells" which will probably be never but they've already been paid. I've never heard of the sites they list it on and they don't really help you sell like they say they do. They just keep getting you to lower the price. That's their only help.

Don't throw your money away with this scam. They will not get you 50% more than you're asking. They will just take your money and waste your time until you give up on them.

Do your homework and don't pay anyone up front. Offer them double after it's sold and I guarantee you they will pass because that would mean they'd actually have to do something for your money
