First of all right after i hit purchase i see these little words that bent me right over that said we no longer ship from the US and yet still call themselves a domestic us vendor, the best in fact. Took 2 3 days to get a tracking number, no big deal said it might take that long, that was 7 days ago. Their website advertises even with the new shipping it would arrive within 7-10 business days. To my surprise the tracking # actually works but now i wish i wouldn't have looked. Day one is Chinese letters china, second day its was it NYC china ( if you have never heard of the place you should look it up quite interesting the named a factory city NYC so they can put made in new York on merchandise). Day3, in Singapore... Day 4 or 5 it might have been in Singapore for 2 days it now said its in Jamaica and now i have stopped checking and if it shows up it'll b a good surprise i suppose. I know nothing of mail but the continents and directions being sent my opinion is it is a sham shipping company or label i don't know but the customer service is non existence. I foolishly fell for #1 trusted domestic vendor. If you dont believe me just go to the site where the link for contact us is... sketchiest contact us i have ever seen. I hope this saves other from my mistake.
