Hello Cindy, I'm sorry you feel the fabric was not up to your standards. Our design team takes pride in sourcing high quality fabrics and creates amazing designs as commented by many other users. With regards to our cancellation policy. It is 72 hours as we are a made to order company. Once we begin the production of your dress we can't stop production but we do have a generous return policy to allow returns of standard dresses within 15 days of receipt. We do recommend ordering samples before ordering a dress to ensure the style and size needed. I will pass your feedback along to our production team to see if we can extend our window though.
