Bought a Groupon and went for weight loss. The first visit I ended up paying $450 for the required supplements and to continue the full program for 2 months. After the first month I was losing weight. Then they wanted to draw blood "as part of the program" to send off for testing to get a baseline. They asked for my insurance card and assured me that it was all covered by the program and anything the insurance didn't pay was covered. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill for $279. I took the bill to the office and was assured it was a mistake and they would take care of it! The next month I got an OVERDUE bill from the lab for the unpaid amount of $279. I have called the office several times, no one ever answers the phone or returns Voice Maill messages. I have sent emails... no reply. I no longer live in the area so I can't go to the office, so I'm just warning others to beware of ALL the hidden costs involved!


Bought a $30 T-shirt from this company using their size chart and it was completely wrong! Not only did it take a month to arrive but I can't even wear it! They will NOT refund or even exchange for a different size! Buyer BEWARE!


I was totally SCAMMED by these people! I booked my move and was to pay 1/3 up front, 1/3 at pick up and the rest at delivery! The move was scheduled for Aug 2nd. I was called July 31 and told they would be there Aug 1 between 12-2pm. I hurried and finished packing everything so I would be ready. No one EVER called or showed up! So I called several times and sent several emails. Got a call back from Ray (the original guy who swore by this company and put his name on everything), the next morning that they would be there Aug@ between 12-2pm. So 3pm rolls around and I called and was told "It's the busy season and the truck is just running late and will be there sometime that evening. No one EVER showed up. No call and no email. I called numerous times and sent several emails with NO response back that day. I called several the next am and sent several more emails. ZERO response back! By this time I realized I had been scammed and rented a UHaul to move myself due to time constraints and starting a new job on Monday. Thanks to Superior Moving instead of arriving Tues or Wed, unpacking and settling in... I moved myself on Friday... I'm still trying to get unpacked and started to work on Monday. It has been nerve wracking, upsetting, and I have filed a claim with my bank, and will file with SC Attorney General's Office and the Better Business Bureau to get my money returned to me for their unprofessional business. To this day... NO ONE from this company has contacted me in any way. I think they have written all those reviews on here because I believed them and am out almost $900! So BEWARE this company!
