I deliberately ordered 2 exact pairs of shoes for my grandchildren and the website decided, unbeknownst to me, that one pair should be a different colour. When I requested return information as there was a 14 day free return policy, I received nothing but useless responses and finally a link to download the return form which DOESN'T WORK! I am completely dissatisfied with this company and will never order anything again!
