I ordered a dress from Outerinner.com, and received a order conformation via my email right away. I assumed that everything was good to go. Over a month later, it was about time for my order to arrive, so I decided to go on their website and see if there was any shipping information. It was then that I discovered that there was a problem processing my credit card, and the order was unpaid. I had never received any communication that there was a problem with my order. When checking on the dress, I noticed that the website said they send you emails about the progress of your dress. The only email I received was the order conformation. It is too late to reorder the dress. We are now scrambling to find a wedding dress. Avoid this company at all costs.
