I've been using romwe for a long time and honestly I never had problems, maybe because I never ordered often, or because the clothes I didn't like I just donate it,
In my last order they divided the package in 2, one day I received 1 leggings I had ordered, my order said size S but instead they sent me size M, I contacted customer service ( or tried to) that same day, and that's when the nightmare began,
First let me say this is the worst customer service ever, the first lady even said that I was wrong cause she couldn't find the item ( but I had it in front of me)
They disconnected the chat because I was "inactive" when she told me to hold on a couple minutes, after that I spoke with a few people, they all got me disconnected and mad, I sent pictures, details, etc, and nothing.
It wasn't even about the money, it's about a good service but that's to much to ask.
I finally gave up, I don't want anything anymore, but I won't be ordering anymore from them, and it's a shame cause they had cool stuff
I'm just writing this to let you all know
If you are willing to deal with this ignorance then use the app, but in my opinion it's not worth it, there are a thousand apps with bettet customer service and similar cheap prices.
