I bought pajamas and bathing suite for my grandkids several different times and the product they received was exactly as expected, was delivered on time and Target kept me posted all the way through the process. The best part is that if they didn't fit or the parents didn't like them they could be returned to the store. Of course they never did because the product was as good or better than the picture on the computer screen! Nice to have reliable, consistent service. Thank you Target!

I purchased a clock from Bison Office Products through the Houzz website.
I did not open the box for 3 weeks since I was in the middle of a remodel and did not need the clock. When I opened the box (which by the way, was in perfect shape - no tears and no damage to the box) there were 3 metal prongs that were bent. I notified Houzz which is when I found out that I actually got it from Bison Office Products. So I notified Bison of my problem and they were very short, unfriendly and unkind in their response. They claimed it was damaged by shipping. No way - perfect box. I was shocked to say the least. Even if you can't help me you could at least be nice. So anyway... I will not order anything from Bison Office supplies. I paid $80 for the clock and even without the the defect it was cheaply made. What a big disappointment. Do your homework people - you may be ordering from Houzz (or any other website) but they are only a storefront.
