I'm not here to bash the product. It didn't work for me, but... that doesn't mean that it can't work for someone else. I'm here to complain about the "100% Money Back Guarantee."
After several phone messages asking what to do, I decided to call and just leave my name. Amazingly enough, I received a call back very quickly. Ellen told me to send to Webgistix, which I did. I waited the 8 or so weeks, before contacting them.
Spoke with Pat there who said that they solely ship for the company and have nothing to do with refunds. At this point I was a bit angry because it was clearly going to be "It's not my problem" from both sides. I talked with a manager, Tami, who did verify that they had received my shipment and sent the info to T-gone.
After many unanswered calls to T-Gone, I decided to write to BBB. They took my complaint and tried to contact the company. Amazingly enough, they also received no response. I just tried to call again, but no answer, not even an answering machine.
I tired this product thinking "What do I have to loose; there's a money back guarantee!" Boy, was I wrong! Wish I had read some reviews before purchasing.
