I bought a concert ticket days before the show. I got there waited in line and had them scan my phone just like the conformation email said the ticket showed up void 2 times. They sent me to the ticket booth to see if they could help me. Those guys said I was probably sold a resale ticket and no seat in the arena is under my name.
