The whole customer service experience and quality of items here are atrocious at best. I'm not sure if it's because they aren't raised in Ontario but in Canada we value ethics, courtesy and efficiency - of which there is none to be found here. Went to go pick up item, the manager was EXCEPTIONALLY rude. If there was a rating for NEGATIVE stars, I'd certainly rate them as such.
