Plain and simple. They will sweet talk you, tell you their stuff is quality checked, take your money then send you junk with not a care in the world! Also, if you do buy something from them and it also turns out to be bad useless junk, good luck getting a refund like they promise if you can get them to talk to you by phone or email.
Tip for consumers:
Stay away from LKQ. They DO NOT QUALITY CHECK their stuff, plus they don't store or take care of any items while it sits in a 3rd party salvage yard waiting for the next victim to be scammed by LKQ and their affiliated partners. I read and went over their warranties and return policies before I made the purchase, sticking to their rules they will still not honor their own warranties plus if you do get them to give you back some of your money, they hit you with a restocking fee.
Products used:
After giving LKQ over $1700.00 for a motor that was blown, we are now having to spend over $2000.00 to have the motor rebuilt.
