Very bad customer service. My account was anyhow remove without any reason. I have email the customer service and they are taking ages to reply me and still not able to help.
I admit that previously my account was being restricted due to selling prohibited items. But since then I never sell any prohibited items. Email the customer service saying my account being restricted again but they keep saying my account is being restricted and unable to recover, even without investigations and check, what kind of customer service is this?
Keep copy and paste reply the email, how lazy it is and I am very disappointed to Carousell. Could you at least investigate and rectify the issue before jump into the conclusions?
Again, I swear I did not sell anything which is prohibited this round and I am not a scammer.
