“Non existent customer service”

The products are good because the artists that create them are good. Interweave is just an intermediary. I have purchased literally hundreds over the years.

However their customer service is some of the worst ever. When their site was down more often than not over a 2 week period I sent several emails - and did not receive one response. With other issues their responses are not at all helpful and they are not interested in customer satisfaction at all.
