"You texted in towards the end of the day. I think you are lucky to have a company take time out of the evening to text you at 10 PM" This was the response to my text 5 hours earlier.

Their response to missing 50% of the plows this year. "Anything that happened in the past was addressed at those particular times and the remedies were accepted by you" Yes I accepted they did not show, do not refund any $ and would not agree to any refund.

Appliance Connection:
First, the price was great. It should have been my warning.
2nd: It shipped late.
3rd: The door stopped working after 10 days.
4th: The 100% hassle free return policy did not work. They refused to take the product back and blamed me. I stopped payment to Appliance Connection through my credit card company.
5th: After 30 days, Appliance Connection gave Sharp (the manufacturer) my name and home phone number without my permission.
6th: Appliance Connection said the return policy was waived because I contacted Sharp directly, a complete lie.
7th: Well after over 2 months, Sharp replaced the microwave and it is working for 30 days now.
