I'm disappointed. I bought a refurbished laptop from this company a month ago and have spent more time taking it in to be fixed than I have using it for my business; my intended purpose. The things needing fixed were not due to my usage. It began acting up immediately when I got home. My first visit for repair was a couple days after I bought it. That should not happen! Problems have continued for the past month. The main problem seems to be in the operating system. It continually freezes up and requires a hard shut down and rebooting to get it back working. This happens frequently. I have yet to turn the laptop on without it say "this computer did not shut down properly." I've been back and forth to their store; wasting time and money for problems that I should NOT have to deal with right out of the gate from purchasing it. I want to return the laptop to them and get my money back. I don't want a fight, I simply want a working laptop that I can rely on.

So as of now, they refuse to take it back and refund me. They say that my lap top is working fine because they did a diagnostic test. This has been said to me multiple times and it was NOT fine. It's their word against mine. I have record of my visits showing that I have had this operating system problem since I bought it, and they know it. But all of a sudden they can't seem to find those records. I don't trust them, I don't think they have the talent to identify problems, I don't think they care, and I don't want their laptop, nor a relationship with them during the 1 year warranty I purchased.

The good news is, I have the power to express my disappointment through Yelp, and many other websites! And also on a good note, I purchased it on my business credit card and the bank is standing behind their business owner customers. So I dropped the laptop off today at Computers &?, and the bank says I should have a credit on my card within the next couple weeks. True customer service!

Thank you for listening and, needless to say, I don't recommend you waste your time or money with this company.
