They won't let you cancel online, even though you can do everything else online. And if you call the day your subscription renews they won't refund your money. The clothes are very expensive to buy if you like them. The shipments are not sent as quickly as they could be and you will spend way too much on very little. Save yourself the headache I'm dealing with and go with Stitch Fix or something like it.

We request that our members call to cancel so we can hear about the experience and possibly address any concerns they may have. Customers also have the option of canceling online through the cancelation link in the welcome email sent after joining.
We have canceled your account and you should have received an email confirmation. It’s effective immediately and you will not be sent additional items or billed for your subscription. We will also process a full refund of your current month’s fee if we receive all 4 of your At-Home items back at our warehouse from the delivery date your most recent box gets delivered to you. When you receive it, please ship all the garments back and make a note of the tracking number for your records.
