I have been ripped off 2 times when purchasing items on Groupon. On June 28, 2018 my credit card was charged for a sterling silver necklace that I ordered. When I received the necklace, it did not look anything like the picture that was represented on the Groupon site. I jumped through a couple of hoops and returned the necklace. My credit card was never credited. The 2nd time I had ordered a sterling silver bracelet for which I was charged, however the bracelet has never been delivered. That purchase was on October 12, 2018. For months I would check on the Groupon site, for months it indicated that it was in transit. My credit card has not been credited for either purchase. BUYER BEWARE. Apparently Groupon doesn't always represent credible sellers.
