Just bought Bluejay tickets and didn't realize how sketchy their marketing scheme was. They had a countdown of how many tickets were left, how many people were viewing the same event to get you hyped on buying hotseats " Theses supposed "hotseats" are merely overpriced tickets that buyers wanted to resell. I bought my tickets for 40.00 and when the purchase went through, the tickets org purchase was $30.00, but the advertisement said I saved $20.00.
A bank representative told me I could call disputes the next business day. I'm waiting for the transaction to go through so I could call customer service again and then they can call their contact info and run an investigation. Only issue I have at the moment is waiting for this dispute to be resolved and I hope to do that before tickets sell out!
Red Flag:
1. Timer countdown/ high pressure sales tactic
2. Handling fee in small print at the bottom of website. NOT included in transaction before you press approve!
3. A pop up window saying $5.95 booking fee and $15.00
4. NO customer service phone number
5. Wasn't able to login with my first password.
6. Previously bought ticket downloaded with name... not sure if this is legit.
