I purchased a DVD no boxset which was advertised as Region 4, which is what I required. The boxset was delivered in a timely manner, however it was for Region 1. Following the instructions for returns, I received an automated reply supplying a return request number. The instructions advise that after submitting a return request, I would be sent a return address, and once the product was received the refund/credit would be applied. It has now been 16 days since my initial contact and a further 5 messages/emails, and I have received absolutely no response. Their "*******@australiadvdboxset.com" has not replied either.
