I had high hopes for this product, but only used it once because of bad recording quality. Using the screen recorder would constantly freeze the video I want to record. And the customer service is horrible! I was charged another year of service without receiving a renewal notice and they will not refund the money, even if their advertising say they would within 30 days! Do yourself a favor and look for another product.
