Placed an order in October and received a confirmation of order placed and that it was "processing." After receiving nothing else and while still awaiting the order (5 weeks later), I attempted to (1) contact Customer Service via email following instructions on website. No response received; and (2) call the Customer Service number on website and it rang, then went into a voice mail that stated "mail box full" so I was unable to leave a message (I attempted to call several times and the mail box continued to be full). I pressed various numbers and finally got into someone's mailbox, and left a detailed message and I STILL have not heard from anyone! So basically, I am still awaiting the order I placed and it is virtually impossible to reach anyone via email or phone! I've never encountered an issue like this with a "business." Wondering even if they are still "in business." They certainly shouldn't be!
