“Exceptionally poor customer service!”

I have had my solar pool skimmer for 2 years. I need a part for repair. This company won't take calls or return emails. They say they will respond in 3-5 business days but it has been 12 days with only the same automated response via email. Furthermore they say if you call or submit another request it will only delay their response! My recommendation…FIND A DIFFERENT PRODUCT FROM A RESPONSIVE COMPANY!

“Horrible product!”

Bought a cover for my new iPad. Have had it for 3.5 months and it is falling apart! They won't stand behind their product after 30 days. Only my husband and I use the iPad. They offered 40% off if I wanted to buy a new cover... SERIOUSLY! Why would I give this company more of my money for a faulty product! That would just be idiotic! The trim around the edge started to separate and now the leather cover is coming off! Run, run, run! Save your money!

Just want to update my review. After posting to Sitejabber this company stepped up and fully refunded my money for my defective iPad cover. Thanks Sitejabber and Moderno Collections for stepping up and doing the right thing!!!
