Beforehand, it didn't show the different extra charges.
It never showed the seat number until I paid a large amount of $217.77.

I couldn't have gotten a worse seat than 34, the very end of the row.
Please give me a better seat in row B.
If not, I will have to call American Express.

Reason I chose this business:

I’m from IL., not knowing about your company.
Seat 34 is not acceptable. The very end!
Please assign me a better seat in tow B.

Hi Christine,
Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. A final price breakdown is shown at checkout once a ticket delivery method is selected. Unfortunately, we cannot change seat numbers, however, if you'd like to sell these seats and place a new order, our service team would be more than happy to assist you in that process. If we can provide any additional assistance or order status information, we can be contacted directly at hi@rateyourseats.com.
Warm regards

Seven friends, and I, went Monday, October 3rd, 2016, to see Tom Jones, at the House of Blues. I called several times to check for available seating. Three people in our group required handicap seating, but I was informed the seats were sold. During one of my calls, I spoke to an unfriendly employee, Jocelyn, who told me she could sell us a box of seats on the second balcony, for $4,000.00., and then lowered it to $3,000.00., which I couldn't afford. Also, the view and acoustics on the second balcony, leave much to be desired. I don't understand why Tom Jones chose a venue, where "VIPs" were the only ones seated, and he had to stare at about a thousand long-time fans barely standing up.
We paid extra to "pass the line." The amount was subtracted from our dinners. The food was very expensive for the low quality. Two ladies ordered the steaks, and at $28.00, received about 1/4 inch of chewy steak, and the gentlemen received a 3/4 inch size. We went to "pass the line" at 6:00pm, and discovered there were a couple hundred people in line. As we were herded in, other people, who didn't even pay to get in line, shoved themselves in. At 6:30, the doors opened, and one of the employees herding us in, stated 1,100 were coming in. (?) Before Tom Jones came out at 8:00pm, there were many drunk people by then, shoving in, to get closer to the front, and fights broke out. We were in the front, and with the exception of a woman regurgitating near us, we didn't know what was going on behind us. Never again!

Since the ads have tripled in the amount of time, I find it's just a matter of time I will no longer have the time to use the PCH site. I was able to complete in 1- 1/2, but I now need 3 hours.
Also, I'm unable to play this version of blackjack. It's too confusing.
The PCH.com slots is very boring, and it's not a " tournament." The total score amount, is always below 160.
I was contacted several times to trade tokens for prizes. When I spent huge $millions amounts of my tokens, to get the opportunity to win prizes, I didn't win, but the worst thing that happened, which I didn't know, was all the millions of tokens were removed, leaving a very small amount, not enabling to do any trading!
