This is my first and last time using One Kings Lane. As a interior designer I thought it might have interesting accessories but not worth the hassle of receiving incorrect product. The "customer service" took 15 minutes to answer the line then told me the finial was not returnable. They sent chrome finish instead of brass as pictured. Guess what- they no longer have that item on the same day I received it!
