FLYUS refuses to issue a refund for a refundable business class ticket. We bought two business class tickets online at the web site. Due to some issues, we were not able to use our original itinerary date of March 11. Hence we called the Turkish airlines (they pickup phone within 10 minutes) three days before the flight to cancel our itinerary/reservation. FLYUS will not pickup any phone calls. Everything WILL NEED TO BE DONE ONLINE WITH FLYUS. When we tried to rebook the flight with FLYUS for a later date, they wanted another $2000 per ticket to book it again. We asked to cancel and refund. They were going to charge $500 for the two tickets (which is fine) but told me that the airline will not refund the ticket. When I talked to Turkish airlines and they said the ticket can be cancelled at a cost of $400 per ticket if FLYUS puts in a request. FLYUS wants us to reuse the same ticket for the same people and not even put a credit on the file. And they want us to also book flight for future travel now (and if there is change again they will charge another $500) PLEASE BE WARNED: 1 DO NOT USE FLYUS in the first place. They will not refund you your money even on a refundable ticket. 2. Deal with the airline directly. The airline policy is straight forward compared to FLYUS. 3. Put a dispute with your credit card company for the refund. This is my next step I have learned our lesson and I will make sure all the other platforms are aware of FLYUS refund policy.

Tip for consumers:
Please deal directly with the airline. The agency does not pickup phone calls. They have their own refund policy. Impossible to get a refund. Read their online reviews and BBB reviews to find out. Do you read their TrustPilot reviews- they are invited users and not authentic.

They are adverting the number *******365 to fake the airline reservations number. Please call this number and ask them if there are your airline and they will say yes. Once they have you on the phone ($10 cheaper phone fare). They will actually charge you more for the tickets. They will add their agency fee on top. How can an agent provide you a cheaper fair then the automatic airline booking system that the web site us are use. Do not trust the business practices of this company. I only realized after I booked the ticket and checked my reservation with the airline online. The airline web site showed me the actual ticket price. I had been conned.

This company is using deceptive advertising to get people to call them. Many people may be fooled by call their number. *******365. People think that they are calling the airline but they are actually calling the travel agency call center in India. Then they will charged you more than the airline once they have you on the phone. They will get you to authorized payment BEFORE disclosing all the costs. On top of that their credit card department will want you personal information to process the transaction. I have been conned by them and I will make sure that everyone knows about their business practices.
