Not happening. I have been a loyal customer and given their printer excellent reviews until now. I can get a new Epson Deskjet for $60 more--and I am going to do just that.

Tell them it is a home computer (not a business)


Ordered 24" rosemary trees. They arrived dead. Just thrown into cardboard boxes--with just a sheet of craft paper wrapped around the poor little things. Don't blame the post office. Nothing to keep them moist during shipping. Plus they were poorly trimmed. The seller will not even respond. Over $125! And I get grey, brown plants with all their leaves falling off. Not Xmas cheer.

Ordered air fryer. Product that arrived was obviously pre-owned, missing a part, and DJ would only refund if I returned this heavy purchase at my own expense. They are not BBB rated.


Took at least two weeks to deliver, and the sausage in the gift basket immediately made everyone ill.


This company is trolling seniors. Beware! I have refused their service. I have asked them to remove my name from their call list. My number is on the National Do Not Call List. Nothing deters them. They can't be blocked, as they call from random numbers.

Looks like what they want is your personal information.


There no longer seems to be a way to get next day or two day shipping on many items without paying for it, e.g., white dinner serviettes. That is what Prime membership supposedly bought you.


First, they have this super convoluted return process--intended only to keep you from returning. Then, they want you to pay for return. Then, they only refund if you make a specific request. Now, on item costing $26.88, they refunded only $12.00

Not only do they have very, very funny, warm people on their cabin crews, but my aged mother had to travel this afternoon -- on oxygen, can't walk 40 feet. We couldn't figure out how to coordinate assistance. We pulled up at the departure drop off. SOUTHWEST HAD WHEELCHAIR RIGHT THERE ON THE SIDEWALK! Turns out Southwest always has a wheelchair out there! Just FABULOUS!


Promised me an Altima--nope, got a gas-guzzling ford. Would not give me a car with GPS--nope. Promised me an EZ Pass transformer--nope, told me I did not need one (cop on the South Bronx Expressway was not amused). Reserved the car for 2:00. They made me wait 40 minutes--only one customer ahead of me. Office not handicapped accessible. No other Enterprise shop in Manhattan that would even rent us a one-way car.


Checked into hotel, discovered that Booking.com itself was offering a rate $100 cheaper per night. Booking would not match their own advertised rate, hotel would not let us cancel. Cost me over $400. NEVER AGAIN.
