The site itself makes things so much easier. The general user friendliness, the ease to make appointments and be reminded of them, make this site so easy. I had a wrote a bad review of one of the doctors I was using and was instantly contacted by customer service for the site. Tessie was amazing and so helpful. She helped me find another doctor, and listened to my complaint of the doctor. Thank you for all your help Tessie.
