I have been a long time loyal customer, who has spent plenty on this website... I have been a Gold Club member for years. My recent interaction with their customer service over a back ordered item has made me a former customer. I won't name names... agent was rude, sarcastic and made excuses for not responding to several inquiries I made via email. Made excuses for not passing me along to her supervisor or someone higher up. I'll take my business to Rio Grande going forward. Prices are about the same even with the Gold Club discount factored in and so is shipping.
