“You won't get a refund”

It took 3 weeks for the clothes to reach me which is ok. 3 of them did not fit/ suit and I requested a refund. They wouldn't refund my £40 but rather suggested they would give me voucher for £18. No clue what the logic is. Please do not buy from them
