I consolidated 2 items in one shipment last august 2020 and was told on their web site that two items are on its way. Grant you that the estimated arrival of the packages is on Sept 22 (as of writing this review it is only Sept 12) the shipment arrived early on Sept 10 but instead of two items I only got one. I called LBC and was told that they only scanned one item. So where is my stuff, I messaged them thru their help center by email and by Facebook, all the time I just get the same automated bot to answer me. When the bot Gio contacted me by email and ask what can it do for me. I replied and even uploaded the necessary documents then it would stop. I am loosing sleep over this and it is really bad for my health especially that I am a Covid victim. I am really pissed of, I hope that people reading this will heed our warnings, DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PEOPLE THEY WILL TREAT YOU LIKE TRASH AFTER THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY.
