You can get a ton of info. Use their valuation numbers against others. Get market numbers for your vehicles to get comparable sales prices. Get smart on everything, use the site to pit dealers against each other for your business.

No doubt, the best there is. The best costs money, expect to spend. Expect problems, they are inherent to Windows and being on the cutting edge. Dell has great support, vastly improved after the acquisition. Know what you are buying, there is a difference between a laptop and a mobile workstation. If you dont know the answer, you might be the person that is referenced in the saying... and his money are soon parted.

Its a gaming machine. If you are not a gamer and lugging around a 16lb mobile workstation, its not cool, you just became that guy.

Placed an order 10/27, followed up numerous times for a delivery date(s). 4 distinct promises for delivery dates, numerous stories, sometimes the companys employees contradict each other. As an example, at Thanksgiving, the unit was on a truck being transferred to a local carrier. Late last week, they tried a bait and switch as The Sony unit is better than LG for OLED. The people are courteous, but obviously did not deliver and the stories were just shy of a unicorn sighting.
