I bought a jacket in May. I waited patiently for the tracking info for a week, then contacted them numerous times. I, since then, haven't gotten anything. Emails go unanswered, the phone line just clicks out, the "quick" chat line does nothing.
Just go elsewhere. I lost my money and can't seem to get it back. They seem to be a scam company that just takes your cash and bounces or sends crap material. It ain't worth it.
