Ordered a radiator for my Jeep. First one lasted a few weeks before it started leaking. They were out of replacement radiators for several more weeks. That's a long for a vehicle to sit waiting on a replacement for a defective part. Nice customer service rep.

I really wish they had someone you could call and talk to about this service. I have it, I've paid for it, but am still trying to figure all that is possible with this upgraded service.

Shipped a package overseas and DHL demanded all kinds of documentation or they would not deliver. Mind you, they started pitching a fit when the package was in Germany. I had them return it to me in the USA and I reshipped the same package FedEx without issue.
