On 5/2, I placed order **************. On 5/3, I received an opened plastic package containing two boxes of fruit snacks. One of the boxes was crushed and fruit snacks fell out of the box. Two other items (toothpaste and sandwich bags) were supposed to be inside of the package, but were not. I called the automated phone line, and was able to get a replacement toothpaste; however, I was unable to do anything about the bags. I then got in touch with a customer service rep who said he would refund the bags. I had two other items in the order and they still show as delayed (as of 5/14) - damaged in shipping. Seems like they should have been refunded a long time ago. I have been charged for everything. On 5/14, I had a chat conversation with a service rep who refunded the two delayed items. The rep said there was not a refund for the sandwich bags like the previous CSR I spoke to said he would take care of. Summary is, I ordered six items. I received one item in good shape, one damaged item, two items were marked delivered but were missing, and two items were marked delayed for over two weeks. Thankfully, the chat CSR refunded the delayed and missing items. So two weeks later, the issue is mostly resolved. Neither of the CSRs offered to replace the crushed and opened box of fruit snacks.
