I received the earring broken, emailed them the same day of the delivery, no body responded. I waited for a week then emailed a gain and they said you have to email us within two days to give a refund even though I told them I Emailed the same day I got the delivery, no body has gotten back to me and I send a third email, they did not respond, very rude and they are not going to give a refund if a damaged item received.
