I ordered a reverse print shirt on Sept 3,2020. I got my confirmation. That's the last info I've received from
Them. I've tried e-mailing them with no response. I wish they had a phone number listed.

Thank you for your patience. First, we will like to apologize for the delay. Our Hawaii government is constantly changing our pandemic regulations and we are trying to work within them. One day we can’t work, another day we can & it changes with our governor’s mood.

Somehow, your order got lost during those moments & we were unable to address it immediately.

The Island Zest Shirt is currently sold out & our sewing team for aloha shirts cannot work since they are not considered essential workers. We do have other shirts readily available for shipment:
